2. Receive your tailored proposal
Within 24 hours a Bhutanese travel designer replies with a day-by-day itinerary and transparent quote, including the Sustainable Development Fee and visa fee.
3. Refine together
Adjust pace, hotels, festivals or treks until the journey feels exactly right — there is no charge for revisions.
4. Confirm & pay a deposit
Once you are happy, confirm in writing and pay the deposit stated in your proposal. We then secure hotels, guides, vehicles and (if required) Drukair or Bhutan Airlines flights.
5. Visa & final payment
We lodge your Bhutan e-Visa application with a copy of your passport and photo. The balance is due before the visa is issued.
6. Travel with confidence
You receive a pre-departure pack with your visa, itinerary, packing list and emergency contacts. Your guide and driver will be waiting at the airport.
